Supreme Master Qing Hai reveals her secrets of spiritual practice in this lecture: in fact, I have no secret method. Perhaps the only secret is my utter innocence. God will take care of the innocent because they are so helpless like an infant,   so everyone wants to protect him . I used to leave everything of myself to Buddha and Bodhisattva. When my master was alive, I let him take care of everything; when he's gone, I regard everyone as my Master. Since I firmly believe that my master will take care of me, no matter where I go, he takes care of me all the time. No one will  harm me. So I believe in everyone. Perhaps Master’s secret lies in the pure innocence. If we are innocent to that extent, Buddha and Bodhisattva will take care of us.

We  practitioners should understand that faith is the mother of all merits. What is faith? To say that we believe in God or Master is not enough; faith is the complete confidence that Master  knows all what we do and handles everything for us. That is  faith. This is Master’s only secret recipe – complete faith. If you don’t have faith  in Master, then have faith  in the highest God or Buddha, who  beholds the behaviors of all sentient beings and hence  will take care of  everything. He surely will!
