Excerpt from Supreme Master Ching Hai’s Lecture: When the world is more peaceful, when all the countries understand the main point better, and understand the most important point of life better, which means all the countries understand that finding God is the most important thing in life. All the leaders of all the countries need to understand that. We cannot just use our brain to help the world. We cannot use our limited wisdom to make the world peaceful. We should use our own Almighty Power, the God we have inside us, or the Buddha Nature we have inside us.  If we can make use of it, the world will be peaceful. From ancient times until now, we Chinese always say: practice, take care of your family, lead the country and then govern the world. We don’t say: harmonize the world and then govern the country, right? Then after that, we look after our family and then fix ourselves, which would be too late. We practice first.
