Summary
Our souls are originally peaceful. When the soul is peaceful, we can see the Light and hear the Sound, which means that our soul is free and has left this body; our mind and body are not controlling our soul and we are liberated from the physical world. This is what matters. It doesn't become pacified when the mind wants it to be. Whatever the mind thinks is not right. It perceives black as white and white as black.
The Quan Yin Method is the best and most perfect method, which has been mentioned in all scriptures, but many people still don't like it. Things taught by others are not useful at all, but are worshipped by the masses. That's because our mind doesn't know what is good and what is bad. It's like a recorder, repeating whatever was recorded. It has no judgment at all, and we will get into trouble if we listen to it.
